California-born of Japanese heritage, Keith is a natural for bringing fusion cuisine to American diners. After his formal culinary training Keith developed his creativity in the San Francisco area while working for such notable Chefs as Bradley Ogden, Reed Hearon, and Michael Clark. In his spare time he enjoys traveling at Europe, Africa, and Asia where he tastes his way through local cuisines looking for new ideas, styles and inspiration.
